🕒 Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
📦 Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
🚫 Non-returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Used or washed bedding sets
- Customized or monogrammed items
- Opened silk or linen bedding (for hygiene reasons)
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email notification. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

- Contact your credit card provider—it may take time to post.
- Contact your bank—processing delays are possible.

🔁 Exchanges

- If marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit once your return is received.
