Thank you for shopping with Light Weaves Dreams LLC. We want you to be fully satisfied with your bedding purchase.


🕒 Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

📦 Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Do not send items back to the manufacturer.

🚫 Non-returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Used or washed bedding sets
  • Customized or monogrammed items
  • Opened silk or linen bedding (for hygiene reasons)

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email notification. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

⏳ Haven’t received your refund?

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take time to post.
  3. Contact your bank—processing delays are possible.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us at comfort@lightweavesdreams.com and ship your item to:

🎁 Gift Returns

  • If marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit once your return is received.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
